You have Autodesk product network deployment, which fails to install with an error 1308. Note - you would not receive this error message if you were installing in silent mode.Causes:
Windows installer error 1308 is given when a resource Windows installer needs access to, doesn't exist or has restricted access. It is not known why the thumbs.db is not being created.Solution:

If the file is there, please give everyone group full control on the deployment image folder and everything under it. If the file is not there, you may be able to create an empty file in the path location and change the name to thumbs.db. If you left the error message open clicking retry should resume the installation.
Otherwise you may need to rebuild your deployment.

Certified Hardware XML Database
The current version of the Hardware Certification Database is 18.1.0.8. If the local version of your database is older than the current version, then your database should be updated. Review a complete list of supported graphics cards
You may need to update your database if:
- You have new graphics hardware.
- You have a new driver version for your graphics hardware in the graphics hardware list.
- The status of your graphics card has changed in the database, e.g., the Status has changed from Supported to Certified.
- Autodesk or the graphics hardware vendor has resolved issues with your graphics hardware.
Update Instructions
NOTE: You must have administrative privileges and have the user account controls (UAC) disabled on your Microsoft® Windows® operating system to complete the update process.
It is strongly recommended that you restore the Windows User Account Control (UAC) to display security notifications after the download is complete.
For AutoCAD® based products:
1. Execute 3DCONFIG command.
2. In the resulting dialog, click on 'Check for Updates'.
3. If a new version of the graphics card and driver database is available, you will be able to update it.
4. If a newer driver is available and you would like to install it, click on the 'Get Download Info' button.
You will be taken to the Certified Graphics and Hardware List page with all the available drivers for your card displayed.
5. Review the drivers, download the latest certified driver by clicking on the corresponding blue arrow icon.
